'03-'05 injected R6's- Utilizing the '99-'02 type harness, engine
cover and modified "hot box" to eliminate the complicated stock harness and all sensors.
We have stepped up our program on all wiring harness mods, using
armored sheathing and shrink wrap to ensure that you don't have any problems at the track. A step above the average
harness modification.
'06-'09 Yamaha R6 Oil Pan Mod- With an improved oil pump pickup system-
Better oil delivery and filtering to protect the crank &
rod bearings from damage. We can update your previously modified pan to use this better pickup system. Only trust
the 600 experts for these important modifications.

Ask us about our new fuel delivery system!
Using the Mychron data system to study data during a race, we
are able to see real-time changes in aspects like air/fuel ratio and fuel pressure. This has led us to rethink
the fuel delivery systems. We have been testing with a new higher pressure in-line pump and special bypass regulator
which is arranged to deliver more consistent and even pressure at the carb. A "must have" for FCR carbs.
don't think that your system is as good- it's not, but you just not aware of how much your pressure spikes and
drops during a race- and the negative effect on power it is causing. Call in for more details.
*R6 Motor Mount Mod- We
have came up with a neat little mod to reinforce the right front tab used by many chassis companies to mount the
motor. This tab was never intended as a motor mount, it only holds the fairing on the bike, and they come in broken
all the time. We machine off the tab, and expertly weld on a hefty replacement that we CNC machine from billet
to make it many times stronger. Request this done on your motor- when bought new or rebuilt.
Only $65 ......Also a similar one done for the left side as well.
*R6 Carb Alcohol conversion- NOW FOR '06-'09 Yam R6's and '07-'08 Honda 600RR's!!
Our Yamaha R6 alcohol conversion has proven to be the fast way to go. We are getting calls from many guys that
have replaced their previous carbs with FTZ modified carbs, and are feeling a big power gain- especially when combined
with the FTZ exhaust!
Now also for the injected Kawasaki 636, Honda 600RR. as well as the later model R6's including the '06-'07 models.

they were first put on a set of carbs, it made 3 more hp on the very next pull!

R6 Porting & Head Mods
This headwork will help your motor, regardless
who built it.
Also for other makes and models.Also ask about our overbored R6 motors. Get the most
out your rules for 618cc or 636cc!
These mods allowed us to produce 10 more HP than before. Much craftsmanship go into these mods.
Along with total reshaping of the ports and combustion chambers and installing oversize valves, we make special
CNC billet pieces to raise the port floor, greatly increasing both flow and velocity in the intake tract, giving
the motor a "supercharged" effect by ram tuning. This headwork will usually gain more power than a 2mm
overbore!
No other builder's "port job" even comes close.....................$1500 + valves & seals.
Cam timing, sprocket slotting, and shimming extra.
We have been taking orders for and building several
Big-bore versions of the Level-2 R6 motor, both 618cc and 636cc versions. The 618cc unit is getting quite popular
as it is legal everywhere but still produces the added torque of the big bores.
Allow an extra 4-5 weeks to get one of these built.

618cc R6 motor on the floor and a 636cc soon to be done. Get some!!

By eliminating the complicated throttle-by-wire injection and using our best alcohol carbs, exhaust and ignition combinations, we feel that we have a very good affordable package to offer for the stock classes, the budget minded Outlaw racer, or as a good alternative for the Pennsylvania area tracks. . Although power output was still down a good bit from our fully built Outlaw R6's, it is quite good for a un-ported motor. This is proving to be be a good, easy to maintain power combination that is out there winning races. Contact us for more details!
